Madeo in Beverly Hills is my favourite restarant…the Spaghetti Bolognese is unbelievable!

Least favorite place to go in LA?

Anywhere in traffic…but luckily with what I do I rarely have to sit in peak hour traffic! I count that as my biggest blessing in life! haha

You’ve had great success since Australian Idol, do you still like to watch talent shows like X Factor and the Voice?

I watch it whenever I can – I love that there is a platform like that for people to be discovered, especially when they don’t even realize how good they are!

Top fashion picks in LA?

Barneys New York in Beverly Hills is everything you could possibly want under one roof…bottom floor is all the shoes, bags and accessories you could ever want…second floor is Givenchy and The Row and Balenciaga etc then everyday casual cool kinda stuff like jeans and tees and jackets on the third floor. It’s literally a one stop shop, head to toe – whatever you want – whatever you need kinda place!

Top fashion picks in Australia?

I always seem to get lucky at Westfield in the city, and I love popping up to one of the restaurants for a cheeky champagne between stores. Otherwise I love shopping in Paddington – places like Desordre are great little boutiques with a great collection of designers!

Any famous encounters during your time in LA?

Last week I was on the spin bike next to Daniel Craig…aka James Bond. While The Rock was behind me on the stepper! He is HUGE!

Work on your craft – every single day. Then go and work HARDER.

If you weren’t a singer, what would you be?

Maybe a Chef…I wouldn’t mind being Neil Perry’s sidekick!

Victoria Beckham. Elle MacPherson. Kim Kardashian.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
