La Fleur Libertine at Bannisters

Camilla’s collection, La Fleur Libertine, pays homage to the Parisian spirit.

Inspired by the rich history of France, Camilla’s latest collection, La Fleur Libertine, encapsulates the Parisian spirit. Found among the intricacies of the fabrics are France’s most iconic symbols. New to the Camilla collections – and inspired by the boudoir – is the lace edging and detailing across the collection’s jumpsuits, dresses and robes in both black and white. Amid Swarovski crystal detailing lies delicate pearl edging, another nod to the femineity of France.

Façon was honoured to spend a morning viewing Camilla’s latest collection.

The Crystal Castle range was a stand out for the fashion team. The limited-edition quilted jacket, with feather trim and pearl detailing was a unique and luxurious piece. We recommend wearing over the Crystal Castle Frill Sleeve dress for a delicate and lavish resort look. The fabric speaks tales of long days spent in French Jardins surrounded with a gardener’s pride from many centuries ago.

Other favourites in the collection were the casual and chic every day mini dresses. Easily layered with the 70s vibe denim or the eccentric bomber, this look can be dressed up or down depending on the season.

Across the range there are cuts and tones, textures and fabrics for all occasions. From lounging on a boat in the south of France to nights at The Moulin Rouge. The collection beautifully showcases every aspect of France’s rich history and landscape.

Take a look at our favourite pieces, worn by our Digital Content Manager, Nicola Burton and our Senior Designer, Laura Miller as they escaped for a mini-getaway at the picturesque Bannisters Resort.
