Support Local Businesses: Hunter Plastic Surgery Goes Virtual

by | Apr 1, 2020

In these uncertain times amid the COVID-19 pandemic we look to our local Newcastle businesses and how they are tackling the crisis and evolving in the face of this new way of life.

As of Monday the 30th March 2020, Hunter Plastic Surgery have transitioned their clinic to a virtual platform in light of recent occurrences in our world. Façon has loved working with Hunter Plastic Surgery in the past and continues to show support as they take this step in going digital.

By putting the health of their patients, team and community first, HPS will continue to have team members working at home via phone as well as email. Alongside this, Dr Moncrieff will still be offering consultations through video or phone- both for new and existing bookings. This means that, despite current restrictions, the team at HPS will continue to support their community in achieving their aesthetic goals, both during and after this time.

For post-operative support, their Nurse Alicia will also be available to contact over phone and email and necessary dressing changes or drain removal will be performed by Dr Moncrieff or Nurse Alicia in their rooms at the clinic. However, as per government instruction, it is advised that patients do not go in if they feel unwell or think they have been exposed to the virus.

The team at Hunter Plastic Surgery are continuing to support their community as best they can and, through their virtual options, are available to assist in any research one may be conducting on surgery options once life returns to normalcy. They are also continuing to stay connected through Instagram and giving updates as time goes on.
