Madonna Welcomes a New Era with Confessions II

Madonna has officially returned to the dance floor with the release of Confessions II, her long-awaited follow-up to the GRAMMY Award-winning Confessions on a Dance Floor, available now via Warner Records. Listen HERE.

Reuniting with acclaimed producer Stuart Price, the 16-track album explores themes of love, loss, healing and resilience through a seamless mix of euphoric dance-pop. For Madonna, the dance floor has always represented more than music, it's a place of connection, freedom and transformation.

"People think that dance music is superficial, but they've got it all wrong," she said. "The dance floor is not just a place, it's a threshold."

The album features an impressive lineup of collaborators, including Sabrina Carpenter on Bring Your Love, Dutch producer Martin Garrix on Bizarre, Belgian artist Stromae on My Sins Are My Savior, and Madonna's daughter, Lola Leon, who co-wrote and appears on the deeply personal track The Test.

To celebrate the release, Madonna premiered Confessions II – The Film at the Tribeca Film Festival, an immersive visual project bringing the album's opening tracks to life. She also surprised fans with an unannounced performance in New York City's Times Square, drawing an estimated 50,000 people for a set featuring new material alongside favourites from Confessions on a Dance Floor.

The pop icon is also set to headline another major cultural moment, recently announced as a co-headliner of the first-ever halftime show for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Final in New York, where her new track Read My Lips featuring Feid has already emerged as one of the tournament's standout anthems.

More than two decades after redefining dance music with Confessions on a Dance Floor, Confessions II proves Madonna is still pushing creative boundaries, reaffirming her place at the centre of pop culture while inviting audiences back onto the dance floor.
