Prada SS27: The Beauty Look at Milan Fashion Week

At Prada, beauty rarely feels separate from the clothes. For Spring/Summer 2027, the beauty look continued the house’s quiet conversation between precision and ease, with softly perfected skin, a wash of colour and a weightless matte lip.

Presented on September 22 inside the Deposito at Fondazione Prada in Milan, the Prada Womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 show brought the beauty look into focus with an understated complexion that felt polished without appearing overly perfected.

The skin began with Prada Augmented Skin Eye Cream, preparing the eye area with a balm-to-serum texture designed to revive brightness. Prada Micro-Correcting Blurring Concealer was then used selectively, micro-correcting and softening the complexion rather than masking it entirely. A veil of Prada Reset Rebalancing Setting Powder finished the skin with a balanced, soft-focus effect.

The defining touch came through Prada Touch Cream-to-Powder Color in Bow, bringing a subtle flush to the complexion. Its cream-to-powder texture leaves a velvety soft-matte finish, adding just enough colour to keep the skin looking dimensional.

On the lips, Prada Monochrome Hyper Matte in P60 Brick Pink introduced a deeper note of colour. Applied with a clean, defined finish, the weightless formula brought a modern contrast to the otherwise restrained complexion.

The result was quintessentially Prada: considered, refined and quietly expressive. Rather than chasing an overly constructed beauty look, SS27 placed emphasis on texture, skin and small gestures of colour, allowing the makeup to sit naturally within the world of the collection.
